Science 30 is a multi-disciplinary science covering topics in biology (circulation and immunity), environmental chemistry, physics (electromagnetic energy) and energy production technologies.
This is a diploma course where students will write a government exam for 30% of their mark.

- Science 20, Biology 20, Chemistry 20 or Physics 20
Science 20 is an academic course with diverse learning experiences in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Studies. It is designed to develop a solid understanding of fundamental science concepts and principles as well as the interactions between science, technology and society.

Biology 30 is a continued in-depth study of physiological systems, genetics and population ecology.
This is a diploma course where students will write a government exam for 30% of their mark. There is an optional diploma exam in the summer.

Biology 20 is an introductory study of living systems. Topics include energy and matter exchange in the biosphere, ecosystems and population change, photosynthesis and cellular respiration and five human systems.

Students will explore a variety of media and ways of expressing themselves visually. Exploring art and imagery across history and tradition, they will understand how images are designed. As students develop artistically, technically and critically, they will discover how images evoke responses and a variety of interpretations. They will convey meaning through creating their own visual artwork. (5 credits)
